DogStar was founded in 2009 with the goal of providing loving personal pet care to pets of the Charleston and Mount Pleasant area, with an emphasis on exercise and pet wellness. We offer a variety of services to accommodate your pet's needs and continuously strive to make life easier for our clients. Each pet in our care gets individualized attention and we will never walk or run your dog with a dog from another household.
More importantly, we care for your pets like we do our own-we miss them when we don't get to see them and love getting to know all of their unique personalities along the way. They exercised my doodle puppy twice a day--appropriately timed to keep her from overheating.
Kept me updated if she had any housebreaking accidents or GI upset. Always flexible, easy to schedule with my last-minute changes in work, and willing to deal with my incredibly difficult-access apartment building.

In-home vacation dog sitting is an excellent kennel alternative for those dogs who prefer to stay comfortable in their own home while their parents are out of town.
