The friendly, professional staff came for an on site interview to meet me and my pets. They learned about the an. They learned about the animals' routines to make sure they would be able to care for them the same way that they were used to.
After the first visit, I got an email that contained a detailed narrative of how the animals were and what had been done (walks, bathroom, litter, food). It also included great pictures, and even allowed me to communicate directly with the caregiver.
