Giselle was very good with Rizzo. She totally understood her and needs. Today was Exceptional - our dog's name is Allie. Allie had trouble with the dryers, nail clipping and the matte's on her ear last time but she had no difficulty this time. Patience, calmness and professionalism was awesome and will return again. We have used Giselle many many times.
She always takes the time to find out any needs we may have. When finished Giselle goes over the grooming to make sure we're happy. We have had several groomers for our dog, Jasmine but Giselle far and away does the very best job with her. She will be our only groomer as long as she chooses to groom dogs. She is the best and Jasmine loves to see her too.
