Pet Care Services, LLC, a locally-owned private dog walking & in-home pet care company. I have lived in Windsor, Colorado since 2000 and love the beauty and diversity it has to offer. Here at RTK, I take pet care seriously. While there is a perception that pet care is all "playing with puppies & kittens", I know that professional pet care can provide some things other options do not.
Behavioral, walking & home intake are important to ensure you can relax while you're away. But mostly, I want your pet(s) to have fun too!. I started Release the Krakens! Pet Care Services when looking for pet care myself. Like many, we depended on friends & family to care for our pets. People had moved, and we had "specially-abled" & rescue pets that were not appropriate for a kennel.
Our family needed something less-stressful that could keep them as close to their schedule as possible. With a focus on continuing education, "Fear-Free" techniques, safety & an attention to detail, I strive to provide private, quality care at an affordable price for my clients.

All services require a "Meet & Greet" appointment (complimentary).
This allows for appropriate intake & discussion about the best services and care plan for your pet(s).
I'm also experienced with medication administration, including diabetic injections.
Our dog walking & check-in visits are perfect when you're away, or even when you're not.
Dog walks can help to ease separation anxiety once you get back to a "normal" schedule as well as provide mental enrichment.
Our check-in visits are good for feedings and letting pups out in a secure area for a potty break, as well as play.
