I've been a proud parent of wonderful rescued pups and kitties over the years, a frequent dog walker & pet sitter for friends, family, and coworkers, and a lifelong animal lover, so in 2014, it just made complete sense to dive head first into converting my longstanding passion into my livelihood with the creation of Wag This Way RVA!
Before I started this adventure, I notably lived in New York City with my rescued pup for several years, and with an advertising job that carried long hours and frequent travel, I leaned on fantastic dog walkers and sitters to make sure that my pup had TLC when I couldn't be there with him.

Wag This Way RVA will give you peace of mind when you're away from your fur baby--whether it's while you're at work or out of town--that they're in caring hands.
They'll still miss you, but we're happy to provide distractions in the form of exercise, play time, belly scratches, and more!
Important note: The first step we'll take together before beginning any service plan is to arrange an initial Meet & Greet at your home.
We want to make sure that we pass your pup or kitty's "sniff test" and that everyone's tails are wagging after getting to know each other during a brief interview.
