Hi! We're Lisa & Mike McGrath and we are the owners of Weather or Not Dog Walkers. We started WoN in October of 2016 with me (Lisa) working the business full-time at the start. I have loved animals for a long time and I'll shamelessly admit that I can't walk by a dog without smiling. After more than 26 years of working for the 'man', I decided it was time to be my own boss.
It was the BEST decision I have ever made. I have met so many wonderful pets, and their parents, and look forward to meeting many more. My husband and I reside in North Wilmington and we have two grown children: Jordan, who lives in NYC; and Rebekah, who resides in Arizona. I love dogwalking since it combines my passions for animals, walking/hiking, and the outdoors!

When I'm not walking dogs, I'm an actress who performs primarily on stage in plays and musicals, and occasionally in commercials and TV shows.

Walks/visits can be scheduled each day of the week, select days of the week, or as needed.
We'll accommodate most schedule requests.
After registering with us, we'll set up an in-home consultation so we can meet you and your pet.
If both parties agree it's a good fit, your requested service schedule will be established.

Pet Sitting: Visit our clients' homes 1-4 times per day (morning, mid-day, dinner, and evening) to walk, feed, and care for their pet(s) while they travel.

Unfortunately, Weather or Not Dog Walkers is not immune to the nationwide staffing shortage that is affecting small businesses everywhere.
We are only accepting new MID-DAY DOG WALKING CLIENTS at this time.
