Unfortunantly we are unable to service homes that are located on a hill or incline due to water distribution and balance issues.
We also require adequate parking (must be a spot at least 25ft in length to fit our truck and trailer), which is fairly level, and free of any overhangs.
Because we focus on quality over quantity, appointment times are scheduled accordingly to allow for the optimal grooming experience.
In the event that the prior appointment does run a bit longer than anticipated or unforeseen traffic is encountered, a 1 hour window will be given.
