Here at Moonlight Shadow Ranch dogs are allowed to play and lounge indoors during inclement weather, as well as during the heat of the day. When weather permits, they will be free to roam in our sprawling doggie playground area. Cats and exotics will be given daily attention and exercise indoors. All boarding animals will receive around-the-clock care and with our experience, you can be assured that your pet is being taken care of by the best.
In addition, every pet parent who chooses to board with us can be sent pictures of their pet at play via text or email upon request. We believe that when you are on vacation, peace of mind is priceless. Dogs, like humans, are social creatures. It is important to socialize your dog from a young age in order to educate your companion on "doggie manners" and acceptable social behavior.

Both are graduates of Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
Chris has a BS in Zoology, has served as a Zookeeper and as Veterinary Technician at a local veterinary hospital.
Melanie Morris has a BS in Animal Science and has worked many years as a professional dog trainer and handler.
She has served as a volunteer Senior Keeper at a local exotic cat rescue and was certified in dog and cat CPR in 2012.
Melanie and Chris have over 30 years of combined experience caring for domestic and exotic animals.
