While in junior and senior high school, Kat spent many hours a week volunteering at the Knox County Humane Society.
She attended Columbus State Community College and graduated with her associates degree as a veterinary technician.
In the fall of 2013, she opened Kat and Dogs Ohio (KADO), and has been a professional pet sitter and dog walker ever since.
Kat is insured/bonded through Business Insurers of the Carolinas (BIC), trained in Pet First Aid/CPR through PetTech and is a member of Pet Sitters International (PSI).
