We provide Doggie Daycare, Grooming and Overnight Boarding services. We are located in Waynesville, NC within the Hazelwood community (exit 100, off Hwy 74/23). For more information about our location, go the the MAP page. It has an interactive map. The owner, Patty Bach, has been taking care of pets all of her life. She needed to find a pet sitter for her dog, Major, but she had trouble finding a reliable resource.
This forced her to kennel her dog, which wasn't a good experience for him. She knew that she didn't want her dog or other pets to be left in an uncomfortable situation, so she decided to open a pet sitting service in Winter Garden, FL in 1996. Patty and her family moved to Cullowhee, NC in August of 2008 and continued their pet sitting service. In February of 2009, they joined the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce.
Along with her husband Seth and son Zachary, Patty and her family wanted to expand their business and provide reliable pet care in WNC. They found a business location in Waynesville and moved there in June of 2011.

We provide a safe, supervised environment for your dog(s) at our facility.
Each dog is carefully evaluated to ensure that he/she is placed in a compatible play group.
Our Doggie Concierge will tend to your dog's needs during daycare and evening hours.
We have indoor and outdoor play areas and our guests will be grouped by size, energy level and compatibility.
Our goal is to provide a place where dogs can get exercise and attention that is vital to a thriving and healthy pet, both physically and mentally.

Since we groom by appointment only, your dog will experience less anxiety while receiving one-on-one gentle loving care.

For your convenience, our policy is to contact you when we are 10-minutes from completion.
By the time you arrive, your dog will be ready to go home.

She is certified by the American Red Cross in Canine CPR and first aid.
We groom small to large dogs from puppies to seniors, as well as dogs of various disabilites.
For your convenience, our policy is to contact you when we are 10-minutes from completion.
