Michelle did exactly what I asked for which has been a real challenge with previous groomers. Sophie was happy when I picked her up. We will definitely be a repeat customer going forward!
It's very obvious that the staff here love animals. Our dog is not as nervous when we drop him off as he has been at other places. He's also not hoarse when he comes home after we have boarded him, which means he wasn't barking the whole time.

We have two labs who are a handful!
They enjoy going to daycare and come on ready to rest.
We recently started using their training program with Eric.
They have been through other programs, but we were still having some issues.
Eric has really made a difference and they are listening much better and are getting better each session.
He is very knowledgeable and helpful with specific behaviors.

Due to our twice daily, exceptional cleaning schedule (Early AM and Mid-Day), check-in is from 2:00pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 2pm to 5pm, Sundays 2pm to 5pm.
Check-outs are from 7am to 12:30pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 8am to 12:30pm, and Sunday 8am to 9am.
We close from 12:30pm to 2:00pm Monday to Saturday to allow our daycare dogs to rest and relax from morning play.
If you need late check-out (after 2pm), please book this with your reservation to ensure we can keep your dog(s) in his/her suite until you arrive.
Check-outs are from 7am to 12:30pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 8am to 12:30pm, and Sunday 8am to 9am.

Cats at Bliss Pet Resort & Spa stay in a home like environment.
Each cat (or cat family) will have a 5 foot cat condo, 2 resting shelves to explore, soft blankets, cat litter box and bowls inside the doors for food and water.
Our cat condos give them their privacy that they so crave plus the opportunity to get the physical exercise that they need, while being in a safe secure, disease free environment.
For the more social and playful kitties at heart, our staff gives them personal TLC multiple times a day.
