Dr. Stead worked in a large 6 doctor practice in Plano for many years, as well as working at an emergency clinic.
She was the lead veterinarian for the City of Plano Animal Shelter providing surgical and medical needs for the shelter animals.
She opened The Animal Hospital of Celina in 2004.
