Furkid Sitting and Services is an in-home (your home) pet care service. During our visit with your pet(s),, they will be showered with love, attention and affection. Furkids was established in 2014 and have been serving the pets and families of the Baton Rouge area proudly ever since. We love caring and connecting with animals and creating everlasting relationships.
We provide care for your furkid as if they were our own, and ensure that they receive the highest quality care while you're away. When you live a busy life, it is hard to consistently provide the attention and care that your pets can demand. With years of satisfied owners and loved pets, you can rely on us to care for your pets when you're away. We are experienced in the care of cats, dogs, horses, donkeys, chickens, bunnies, rabbits, fish, birds, snakes, quail, turtles, iguanas and many other awesome pets!

Owner Amy Sparrow is a sought after pet sitter in the Baton Rouge area.
She is known for her unconditional love and compassion of all animals.
She understands stressed, elderly and/or ill furkids and also the need to ensure everyone is happy, especially if routines are changed.
Amy began Furkid Sitting & Services in 2014 after 25 years in the medical, legal and insurance fields.
Amy resides in Baton Rouge with her fin and furkids.
She enjoys spending time with friends, photography and all the uniqueness that Louisiana has to offer.
She is known for her unconditional love and compassion of all animals.

Schedule regular (3x or more) weekly walks to get your furkids some much needed time outside!
We are key holders, know your home and your furkids.
Therefore if your alarm system is activated and the police need a key holder to respond, we can be your "person".
Drop in visit to your hotel room to provide a potty break, food, water and any medications if necessary for your furkid while you are away.
Multiple visits daily for medical or known reasons such as food, or seperation anxiety are not uncommon.
