Grooming fees are charged hourly. Fees will depend roughly on how much time is needed to give your pet the perfect groom and whether one or more groomers are needed to complete the groom. Difficult dogs/cats. We reserve the right to not groom any animal that we consider a danger to ourselves or other animals in the salon. The owner will be required to pick the animal up immediately.

Kris has been in the pet grooming industry for over 20 years and has been with Heads and Tails for 10 of those.
She has become an excellent groomer and her dematting and deshedding skills offer an alternative to having to shave your double coated breeds.
Kris is most passionate about her work with dogs that are difficult to handle whether it is an issue with fear, anxiety or have previously labeled "biter".
She prides herself on having the perfect amount of respect and TLC to ensure a pleasant grooming experience for those less eager to enjoy their "Spa" day.

After a certain number of kept appointments a 10% discount will be applied.
Example; Your pet is scheduled to come every 4 weeks, on the 4th visit a 10% discount will be applied to that bill.
You are allowed to change your dates which is why they will be printed out for the entire year.
We realize events and circumstances happen and as long as changes are made at least 24 hours in advance it won't be an issue.
Clients that book every 4 weeks or less (appointments must be kept or rescheduled in advance) will receive a 10% discount on every 4th visit.
