A standing appointment for dog grooming means just that, it's standing, it's yours and no one can take it from you. Beginning this year any two no-shows or last minute cancellations will forfeit a clients standing appointment slot unless they are willing to pay for the missed appointment/s. Any non-standing appointment no-show or cancellation not cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged an additional $25.00 on their next appointment.
Late pick-up, a pick-up later than one (1) hour after you have been notified your dog is completed will result in a late pick up fee of $10.00. Pick-ups after the close of business will result in a late fee of $15 for ever 15 minutes that we're forced to wait. While we appreciate our customers and the excellent job of the 99.0% that show and pick up on time, it's that small percentage that forces us to implement these new rules.
