I can't say enough about how wonderful Fantasia has been for us. We have been taking our 13 year old dog here all her life and are always treated kindly and know that our fur baby is safe and happy there! Recently we had a last minute need for boarding our dog and Fantasia went the extra mile to accommodate our needs! We just left both boys for their longest visit, 6 days, while we were on vacation!

We've been coming with our older dog for 2.5 years and have never had anything but great experiences. We just recently added a new puppy into the family, and we've taken him here 2 times now. Both times he did great, and the staff is so sweet, they give me a full update of how both boys did during the playtime.

Fantasia Pet Resort in North Reno has 108 pet guest accommodations throughout our resort property located in four separate buildings.
All buildings are temperature-controlled year-round.
The floors are heated through radiant floor heating during the winter and air-conditioned during the summer months.
Heated floors are great for all animals especially for those who have bad joints, or hip problems.
Our guests do not sit on cold concrete floors!
Our guests are boarded according to size.
Small dogs board in separate buildings from larger dogs.
