When I took over ownership of Bark and Purr Pet Grooming, I wanted to continue the quality service that the previous owner provided for 20 years. Not only by providing exceptional service but by also creating a loving and caring atmosphere for the animals.
I want each person to feel as though their pet is being treated like they treat their pet and I want each pet to feel like they are a part of our family. The style of cut an animal gets is completely up to the owner.
We do any type of dog or cat.
We specialize in dogs who have been kicked out of other grooming shops for "bad" behavior.
We try to slowly work with them to help alleviate their fear of the groomer.
We go to great lengths to not muzzle a dog because it causes more stress to the dog.
We only muzzle as a last resort.

They did a very nice job grooming our 2 boxers and didn't take long at all.
When we picked them up they were happy and looked great!
Their nails were clipped nicely and not bleeding and their coats are very soft, will come back again.
I will start off by saying that I moved to Phoenix last ear and tries out at least 10 groomers in a years time, with awful experiences.
After a random drive by, I have Bark & Pur a chance.
I was so happy with the haircut that my pup received!
She looked adorable, and the staff was so kind.
When we picked them up they were happy and looked great!
