As a child I enjoyed caring for and learning from my birds, monkeys, turtles, horses, and dogs.
I did not have any cat pets until I was an adult.
As an adult I fell in love with cats and learned a whole new set of lessons from these babies.
But as a child I had lots of dogs, I had big dogs, and little dogs, I had mutts, and pure breeds.
Each was more than a pet to me, they were my family - a brother, or a sister.

The Pet Granny is trained in how to administer medication, including insulin shots and hydration for cats with kidney problems.
Should the time come for additional care, the Pet Granny is there to provide pet hospice care.
We also furnish our clients the NOONERS CLUB; designed for people with long working hours, discounted daily midday visits, five days a week.

A: The Pet Granny does not provide any cleaning supplies.
YOU are responsible for all necessary supplies to clean up after your pet.
These supplies include plastic bags needed to facilitate picking up waste, trash bags or containers for removal or scooping of litter, litter scoops, additional litter, puppy pads, air freshening sprays, disinfectants, paper towels, and floor and carpet cleaners.
A: Granny does not like a mess.
Your pet's Granny will clean whether there is an inside accident with one of your pets, or picking up animal waste when taking a dog on a walk.
YOU are responsible for all necessary supplies to clean up after your pet.
These supplies include plastic bags needed to facilitate picking up waste, trash bags or containers for removal or scooping of litter, litter scoops, additional litter, puppy pads, air freshening sprays, disinfectants, paper towels, and floor and carpet cleaners.

Overnight visit will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit, by credit card, at the time of the booking.

Extended Care Hours must have 48 hours notice; any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice is non-refundable.
Even with consistent care all litter boxes require an occasional complete overhaul.
You may notice your cat avoiding the litter box, even after it has been scooped, or the litter is clumped really badly; it is time for an overhaul.

MENTAL HEALTH AND STIMULATION: Because of the busy lifestyle of many of today's pet owners a large number of dogs are deficient in socialization (with humans and dogs, mental stimulation (training, toys, play), and or physical stimulation (running, walking, playing).
A NOONERS CLUB visit from Granny provides your dog with an opportunity to daily engage in all three.
It is not recommended to leave a dog alone for more than four hours and the NOONERS CLUB visit breaks the day up for your pets.
Dogs are social creatures and do best when part of a pack.
