We've had Cooper start with Cheryl as a puppy and could not be happier to have found her.
We were able to start out on a good path of understanding our young Labrador's behavioral patterns.
Cheryl taught us not only how to fix a problem, but how to understand why the behavior was happening.
Her loving, yet steadfast approach to teaching and training makes her the best and Cooper just loves her!
If you need a trustworthy team member for you and your four legged friend, We highly recommend Cheryl.

Q: I know I am not supposed to use the crate as punishment, so when is it okay to crate the dog when I am home?
A: Dogs understand context and associations.
Basically, if you grab your dog's collar firmly, walk them to the crate with a verbal scolding, close the door behind them with intention; that is considered using the crate as punishment.
You've essentially told the dog that this is the place they're going to go when they are bad.
Let's not make the crate a negative place for your dog.
A positive attitude is essential!
