The story of Miss Kitty's Dog Resort is pretty simple.
It all started because I had a hard time finding quality care for my beloved Pomeranian, Miss Kitty.
Time after time, I was reluctant to board her because I could never find a dog boarding facility I felt was good enough for a member of my family.
At the time, I was a licensed veterinary technician and certified professional groomer in Nashville, ready to start my own business.
With the help of my late husband Jimmy, Miss Kitty's opened in Nashville during the summer of 1991 as a full service dog grooming salon.
