The entire process from scheduling pet sitting, to the meet and greet prior to the first pet sitting appointment, to processing payments is seamless and streamlined. Everyone in the office and the pet sitters are positive and caring about the pets and the pet parents. Each visit includes text visit summary, pet pictures and written notes which keeps me at ease while I'm gone. I highly recommend Cathy's Critter Care!

Cathy's critter care is amazing! We were gone for almost 3 weeks for our wedding which is the longest we've ever been away from our pets. We were both nervous about it, but the service we got was incredible and completely eased our nerves. They came by 3 times a day and sent an update with pictures at every single visit. We have a very shy kitty, and within just a few visits, she was already coming out to play and be scratched on. Michelle, Charlie and Alexa were all amazing and took great care of our babies. Can't recommend Cathy's critter care enough!

I love the team at Cathy's Critter Care. I've used their in-home visits for years. It allows us to travel and know that our pets will be well cared for. Our dogs and cats don't go through the anxiety of leaving their home, and they get plenty of play time and loving! The caretakers keep me updated with emails and pictures; and that eases MY anxiety! I highly recommend them for your pet care needs.

We have been using Cathy's Critter Care for many years and have never been disappointed. The CCC team is always helpful in the office for scheduling and changes needed. The team members that come to our house are so nice and send us notifications they are at our house and send pictures of our puppies. They leave a report of what they did with our dogs and anything we need to kn9w about that visit! Highly recommend!

This group is very organized, professional, skilled pet sitter organization. The best part is they love the pets they sit. I just completed a 3 day trip. I have 10 kitties and they were all loved on, fed, given insulin for 1 cat, and litters were scooped. Very happy with the staff and care of all my fur babies. Thank you CCC!

We have used Cathy's Critter Care since about 1999. We have always had great service and great care for our dogs. When we are out of town, we are confident and comfortable with our pet sitter taking good care of our pets, as well as our home. The service is outstanding and extremely reliable. The pet sitter has always gone above and beyond, collecting our mail from the mailbox as well as even helping during our extreme heat recently by watering our plants. Cathy's is recommended without reservation to anyone in this area. Your animals can receive no better care while you are away from home than from Cathy's Critter Care.

Cathy's Critter Care has been taking care of our fur family for two years. We enjoy the photos they send us and know that our fur family is in good hands when we are not home. Our fur kids require medication and can be high maintenance with their aging and special diet needs but our sitters always adapt to the latest schedule and ensure our fur kids health are a high priority. Cathy, Debbie, Phillip and Christian have all sat for us and we are so thankful for each of them. We trust our home and family to them and highly recommend them to others.

We have used Cathy's Critter Care for the last several years. The team does a great job looking after our 6 indoor cats and 2 outdoor cats while we are away! A sitter will feed, clean out litter pans, and play/entertain our cat army, always providing regular text updates and pictures. We love Cathy's service and her team!

Cathy was absolutely amazing. She spent time learning about each dog, she was so kind with them and stayed around to give them love at each visit. She didn't just pop in, feed and leave. She made me feel comfortable about leaving our babies at home while we went on vacation. The communication is amazing. Plenty of pictures so I knew how they were doing. We will absolutely be using her for "critter care" again! Highly recommend.

Due to my high volume of pets, it's been super difficult trying to find a service to trust my pets to. One of my dog's acted out at the first meeting. This service had the owner come out to assess my pack and asked if the sitter assigned to my house could do a redo while I wasn't present. This pup has OCD so he's a little special and difficult to read.
The second time was a success and everyone behaved. I was able to complete my delivery of rescue animals in peace knowing that my kids were in good hands. I will definitely use this service again. Thank y'all so much from the bottom of my heart! PS They took pictures every day to keep me updated on my dog's status. Invaluable!

I have been using Cathy's Critter Care for a few years now. They are always reliable, aways on-time, and they always spoil my little Corgi mutt as much as I do. I have complete and total trust in them to always give Chelsea the best care. Obviously they need a key to my home to pick her up, I didn't give a second thought with trusting them with a key to my home.
Due to my work schedule, I have to go in really early and I get home really late, I would never consider anyone else to take good care of my dog. I HIGHLY recommend Cathy's Critter Care for anyone looking for the best care for their furry friend. We have used Cathy's Critter Care several times over the past year and we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to take care of our dogs. While we are away Cathy's ensures our dogs are walked, fed, and they spend extra time interacting and playing with them. They even send us pictures of our dogs to let us know that everything is ok. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a part time pet sitter, or a reliable pet service over an extended vacation.
