This is a drop-in visit to your home to care for your pet(s). This can include dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, exotics, aquatics, etc. A pet is most comfortable in their own home/environment, even when their owners are away. Duties include feeding, water refreshing, walks, cleaning tanks/cages/litter boxes, general health check, and play & snuggle time. House sitting services (see below) are included FREE of charge when you book this service. There will be a minimum number of visits required based on the pet’s species, age, access to potty area, and/or any medical issues. We do not charge by time for this service; each visit is customized to what your pet needs and we don’t charge extra if a little extra TLC is needed. Does this feel like the best fit for your pet? We know it is stressful leaving your dog alone in a large, loud kennel when you are away. We understand the guilt about them having limited outdoor/play/social time and personal interaction. Don’t feel bad – you are in the right place now! Leave your worries behind and bring them to a home away from home! Includes meals, water, exercise, rest, play, and attention/affection. A trial overnight is required for all new guests. Must be up-to-date on vaccinations, crate-trained, and spayed or neutered. Space is extremely limited, group size is kept small and this allows your pet to have a fun, relaxing, family-oriented ‘stay-cation’ while you are away. Melanie is the only person I trust to care for my kitties while I am gone. She is very responsive and tries to take a picture of the daily visits and provide us with updates to ensure that we know our lovely kitties are fine. I have been using her since 2016 and as long as she is around, I will inquire her services when I need to.

We're fairly new to the Viera area and for the first time in 3 years we took a trip without our dog, so I was anxious on where to leave her where we felt comfortable. Melanie took care of our pup this past week and I can't thank her enough for her amazing care! She provides a daily Pet Journal where she shares pictures and the daily report, and I could tell how happy our dog was!
She has 2 super friendly dogs of her own and let our dog roam around the house and backyard, and snuggle with her in the couch! Her professionalism, communication and level of care are amazing, I felt like I left my dog with family! She offers other awesome services I haven't tried yet, but I can tell you that if you want peace of mind when needing your pet taken care of, Melanie is definitely a great choice!

Best Pet Sitting Service Experience Ever! I feel so blessed to have Melanie and her awesome team when I have to travel and leave my pets behind. I just returned from 5 days away from my fur babies and the daily updates and pictures were so appreciated each day. I truly felt connected the entire time I was away. I love the fact that they can stay at home and get lots of visits and lots of attention. Melanie and her team are really great.

Melanie Haynes (owner of Space Coast Pet Services) is a truly wonderful pet-sitter. She put me at ease from the moment I contacted her, asking all the right questions and showing excellent instincts. My little buddy, an asthmatic cat that can present some medical challenges, liked her immediately but did his best to keep her on her toes, something she handled with grace and flexibility.
She is an excellent communicator and problem solver, attentive to every detail and always going the extra mile. Melanie even found me new pet sitter options when I (sadly!) moved out of state. She is the only sitter I have ever truly felt comfortable with leaving my cat with. (Given that I am a former zookeeper, that is saying a lot!)

I was so anxious about leaving my dog while on vacation. She has separation anxiety and I did not want to leave her in the crate for a long period of time while I was out of town. I contacted Melanie, she came over to meet us and get to know my pup. Once I left my dog with Melanie I knew I made the best decision with her. She treated my dog like her own, I got daily updates with cute pictures.
Everything she did put me at ease while I was gone and my dog loved every minute of being with her. I cannot say enough about the care she provided while she boarded my girl with her. Melanie is the best! I am planning more vacations now just so she can go hang out with Melanie

Highly recommend Space Coast Pet Services. I have dogs and a parrot. Melanie and her team have taken care of them several times inside my home. I also have a dog that requires an insulin shot twice a day-it is comforting to know SCPS is trained and experienced in giving animals shots and other medications. Great personal service and trustworthy!

I am the crazy dog lady with FOUR dogs, three with special needs. I have known Melanie for over a year now and she has walked all of my monsters and boarded my sweet cavalier for ten days. My dogs love her and I love that they are relaxed around her and look forward to seeing her. When I was on vacation she sent pictures of my Pippa who was curled up in her daughters lap.talk about no stress First vacation in awhile where I relaxed and knew things were perfect. Five stars isn't enough.

Melanie and Sarah did an amazing job taking care of my precious pup and also my granddog while I was away for 3 1/2 days. I was REALLY hesitant to leave them (I've NEVER left them before) but after receiving 3 very detailed daily updates including pictures every single day, I was quickly at ease. Melanie is doing a GREAT job with this business and I'll continue to support her and most definitely use her again in the future! I no longer fret about traveling without my pups during times of emergency.

Melanie is the best, both for caring for pets in my home as well as taking my rambunctious puppy for doggy day care at her home. She is conscientious, caring, and ready to communicate any time I have a question. She is amazing with animals and I have learned a lot by watching her interact with my sometimes silly puppy.
