She has given such love to my elderly dogs, one of which we recently lost. Her compassion exudes from her. Hugest gratitude for their service. Recommend with zero hesitation.

I have had very positive experiences with QC Pet Sitting. Our sitter Jeremy is wonderful! He texted me updates and pictures of our dog during his visits, and he spent extra time and showed lots of patience when he was being temperamental. Stacey is very responsive and has provided several ways of getting in touch with her or a staff member if needed. Highly recommend!

Our cat sitter Genny is a treasure. She not only takes great care of our 2 cats while we're away, but helps with other chores like taking out the trash, bringing in the mail/packages/newspapers, and watering plants. She keeps me updated via text each visit which puts me at ease knowing all is well at home. We couldn't manage without her!

We LOVE Queen City Petsitting. We use them for every family vacation and weekend trip. They take such great care of our older Boston Terrier. Queen City Pet Sitting watched over our four fur babies (two cats & two dogs) for seven years when we lived in Charlotte. They were ALWAYS there whenever we needed them and gave us peace of mind that our four-legged family was safe, happy, and well-tended whenever we were away. Sweet pictures were texted with every visit with a note of "we're having fun!" Communication was great!

Service response was always quick. Online requests were easy to complete. Their pricing is better than vet boarding and the personal care is hands-down better than any other pet service we've had. We have been using QC Petsitting for 3 years now and we LOVE them! Our dogsitter is the BEST and super communicative. I usually never write reviews, positive or negative, but QC Petsitting has never let me down and I just had to write how awesome they are. They are very affordable, especially if you have more than one pet. I have two poodles and I have price compared almost every petsitting company and doggie daycare in the Charlotte area and QC Petsitting is by far the best priced. Additionally, their sitters are more caring, involved, and attentive to our dogs than the best doggie day care in the city.

Wow! After being called out of town last minute, I scrambled to contact what seemed like every single pet boarding facility and pet sitting service in Charlotte, only to be told that no one could handle a last minute request for a new customer. I couldn't believe it and was on the brink of having to tell my boss he'd need to send someone else to the meeting.

But then I called QC Petsitting. I spoke to James, who assured me that not only could they handle such a request if he had the staff available, but that Ripples, my Corgi, could be visited multiple times per day! Fast forward 2-hours and Amber is at my home, meeting with me and Ripples. She took detailed notes on Ripples' routine, asked a lot of questions - things that I would've forgotten to mention otherwise, and gave lots of pets to the little one. Already, I'm impressed. Needless to say, Amber and Ripples got along swimmingly.

Everything I asked of Amber was done to the T and she kept in communication with me throughout my trip, ta boot! She updated me on how the fluff butt was doing, if she ate, went for walks, had her bully sticks, and more. The day before my trip, I was nervous leaving my pup at home but I left with peace of mind. Long story short: I give an A to Amber, James, and the rest of the QCPS crew. I have several planned trips later this year and I'm glad I know who I'll be calling to take care of Ripples.

I have had a wonderful experience with QCP! I am a helicopter dog parent and felt my two monsters were well taken care of. My sitter was even willing to stay overnight with them one weekend while I was away. Loved the silly pictures and updates I received daily as requested and plan to use them for as long as I'm in Charlotte! When I first moved here from a Raleigh I was using Rover and had a difficult time finding someone who was available when needed or available to take more than 1 dog at a time (I have 2).

Sometimes I would line up the appointment and they'd cancel last minute! Now I never worry even for last minute plans. Very reliable, and they take the frustration out of finding a reliable boarding option.

We have 2 precious dogs who go every where with us "dog friendly hotels" are our world. However this time they could not. Within a few days of speaking with this company a lovely young lady (Brooke) came over and my challenged hyper border collie mix rolled over and showed her belly! Brooke was amazing. We felt confidant to leave the dogs and had wonderful service. She checked in with us often with updates and sent a text picture too! I will use this company again!

I'm so grateful finding Queen City Petsitting and our sitter Candice is wonderful. She let's me know if there are any issues with my dog, contacts me to confirm sitting schedule and when I let Milo know she's coming to see him; he gets very excited and runs to the door. My husband and I began using Queen City Pet Sitting in July and have been extremely satisfied with their service. We were paired with Lauren who is an absolute delight and is obviously enthusiastic about her job. She is accommodating to our schedule and works with us to ensure that our puppy is taken care of. She always leaves us detailed handwritten notes and will text me with messages and pictures of when she is with our puppy. I highly recommend Queen City Pet Sitting to anyone in the Charlotte area looking for quality care for their pets.

My experience with Queen City Petsitting has been wonderful. My dog, Trixie, loves her daily visits from "Aunt June"! The first time I met June she immediately got down on the ground with Trixie. I knew instantly that she was a dog lover and someone I could trust. After a year of service, I don't know what I'd do without the peace of mind June provides!

We had to book a last minute sitter for our old corgi, Lucy. QCP responded immediately by phone and email to my response! A sitter was able to come meet us that same night and took wonderful care of our dog all weekend long. There is no amount of money that can take the place of the piece of mind that you get from reliable and caring folks- just like these! Their rates are very competitive as well. We have already booked our next pet sitting and I cannot say enough great things about this company!

Queen City Petsitting in Atlanta is amazing! I cannot say enough good things. I have a rescue dog who is scared of everything and everyone, but Liza came into our home and instantly bonded with my dog, Harry. We have an older cat who requires some extra TLC due to some physical issues. QCPS is always responsive and prompt with meeting our service needs - from booking to assigning a petsitter (whom we love!) to the payment process. Everything is very easy. We've never been disappointed nor left without a pet-sitter. I would recommend them!

We are so thankful for Queen City Petsitting who visits at lunch daily to see our Son Wilson. Since my wife was promoted, she no longer has time to leave at lunch and let Wilson out. We've been using QCP for over a year now and couldn't be happier. Our sitter sends us pictures of Wilson on walks and it always warms out hearts. As soon as we can skip town for a vacation, we will definitely call on QCP to take care of our boy. The service is wonderful and the sitters are even better.

I took my Pomeranian here for the 3 day dog boarding since I was going to be out of town. When I went to pick him up he literally didn't want to leave! It was so funny. The pet sitters here are very kind animal lovers and will take care of the pets very well. It was my first time here, came by recommendation from a coworker since I needed a pet sitter in the Charlotte area for about 2 nights 3 days.

I met Stacy upon arriving and she immediately warmed up to my dog. Which was strange because my dog is extremely shy and barks at strangers she sees for the first time. Stacy is awesome, loves animals and she's the kind of person you will want to entrust your beloved pet with. The services here are fair priced, but the highlight is definitely the e-mail update system they have here.

I was e-mailed every day about my dog Bailey's whereabouts and pictures. It really made me laugh and smile. Thank you so much for the great care. Will always remember this place if I needed pet boarding service again!

Their sitters truly have a love for animals, and it is readily apparent. They are always so diligent about checking in with me to let me know how my babies are doing. The team at queen city pet sitting are great. Dogs are always taken care of and treated well. Customer service is great from the sitters. They stay in communication while your gone to let you know that things are good on the home front. I will most definitely use them again!

Stacey took excellent care of my 2 goofy dogs, 3 cats and tank of fish. It was a cold and rainy weekend and my finicky Whippet HATES the rain, but Stacey went above and beyond making my silly dog comfortable by walking her with an umbrella over her precious head. Amazing! I don't even do that! : I received several texts and photos during the weekend from Stacey and that gave me peace of mind, besides a good chuckle. Thank you QCPS!
