Whether you have a new furry friend or have been with us for years, we offer the best veterinary experience. Our veterinarians and technicians work together to provide holistic wellness care for our furry patients. Our goal is to help them stay healthy and happy—and we know it takes more than just giving them shots or taking their temperature once in a while. We want to ensure they're getting all the right shots at the correct times, and if they're not, we want to help them get there. That's why our Vets in Philadelphia offer all common core and non-core vaccines and annual wellness checkups (and boosters, if needed). We also recommend yearly wellness exams for all our furry patients so that their health concerns can be addressed early on rather than later when things could get worse—and those charges add up quickly!

Dr. Carolyn Santore of BetterVet was fantastic. I love the convenience of the service first of all. It fits my lifestyle perfectly. Ordering was easy, and I wasn't charged until the services were provided. They came earlier than my scheduled appointment, and tried calling me to make me aware however I didn't have my phone on me. But it was fine. They took great care of my dog and answered all my questions.

They got her caught up on her shots and everything without me leaving my home. I love the service and hope they add teeth cleaning very soon. I plan on using them for my pet care going forward and I'd recommend them to anyone, especially those that are far from good veterinarians or have challenges traveling to and from a vet.

Dr. Olivia came today to care for my "street" cat that adopted us. She was awesome! Fiona warmed right up to her and did great being examined. Shot and chipped wasn't too happy with but no one was injured in anyway! I would highly recommend Dr. Olivia and Better Vet to anyone who asks!

Dr Santore and Tara Bronlow were excellent with Atlas my eighty pound Rottweiler. Both were calm and professional and thorough in their assessment. Having them both come to our home decreased Atlas' anxiety and led to a better experience for him.

The ability to get a house call from a veterinarian is such an incredibly convenient option. They showed up on time, we're very friendly and expertly worked up my pets. My rottie is such a big baby, but blood draw and vaccines were not an issue. I feel that I am not sacrificing continuity of care in the least. I highly recommend BetterVet to anyone and everyone!
