It simply means that I, the owner, will be walking your dog(s).
Unlike larger companies where dogs are shuffled between different walkers.
This offers certain benefits: you will be able to directly contact the person walking your dog and the same person will walk your dog every day.
Consistency is necessary for the dog to trust the walker, which is an absolute must in an off leash environment.
