I have always loved animals of all sizes. I have grown up with dogs, cats, and even a lizard or two. I believe every pet should have the best care possible, so that's why I started Dog Days Pet Sitting. I moved to the Charlotte area in 2011 from Buffalo, NY. While working as a full-time art teacher, I would pet sit for neighbors, friends, and family.
Now it is my passion to care for your pets like they are my own. Dog Days Pet Sitting has a devoted and dependable team that will go above and beyond to make your pets feel comfortable while you are away.

Services
Before caring takes place, Dog Days will come to your home to meet you and your pet where important information regarding your pet's needs and routine will be discussed, along with an initial 'walk-through'.
It is important for your pet to meet one of our sitters, giving them both an opportunity to become familiar with one another.
Recommendation of Older Dogs or Puppies - Add a 4th visit!
Older Dogs & puppies can't wait as long in between visits - They will thank you for that extra visit per day.

Security Systems - If a security system is used during your absence, we will need access to a code in order to get in and care for your pets.
Inclement Weather - Please provide the name of a person living nearby in case of ice or snow.
Dog Days will do everything within its power to attend to your pet.
If it is physically impossible for us to reach your pet, we will reach out to the contact name you give us to insure your pet is taken care of until we can get out to see them again.
Coming Home Early - Please remember to notify us if you come home early from a trip or get an earlier flight.
Inclement Weather - Please provide the name of a person living nearby in case of ice or snow.
Dog Days will do everything within its power to attend to your pet.

Dog Days offers pet taxi service during the same time frames as our pet sitting services.
We will pick them up, and take them to the location.
This service is $20 one way within a 10 mile radius of your home.
After 10 miles, we will charge $1.00 per additional mile.
We can even stay with your pet at the requested location at a cost of $15.00 per hour wait time.
Locked out of your home?
You can come pick up your key if you are locked out of your home; however, if you need someone to bring your key to you the cost is $15.00 round trip.
