From beginning to finish, a pet grooming at our facility lasts a few hours depending on which services are being provided and the thickness of the coat and the type of haircut they will be receiving.
Whenever your pet is ready, we will call you so you can pick them up as soon as their grooming is completed.

Because we work by appointment we require cancellation of appointments 24 hours before your appointment time.
This enables us to fill your appointment time.
I understand emergencies happen and while last minute cancellations are a part of life, we expect them to be uncommon.
If you have a habit of forgetting appointments, no worries, you will receive a reminder email and/or text message for your appointment!
In some cases, pets arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
No Shows will be noted.
This enables us to fill your appointment time.

This is at least a 30-minute session where we can see how your pet does with our staff and other pets.
It is HIGHLY recommended to come in some day before boarding to do at least a half-day playcare so they get used to the environment and staff that will be taking care of their pet!.
All pets staying with us will be required to provide proof of updated rabies, bordetella and distemper vaccinations upon request.
Since pets will have a weakened immune system after receiving vaccinations, pets must receive the vaccination no sooner than 7 days before boarding and must be planned accordingly.
This is at least a 30-minute session where we can see how your pet does with our staff and other pets.
