All appointment times are approximate as there may be unexpected traffic or a pet that takes more time than expected. If you call us during working hours and reach voice mail please leave a message as your call is important to us! A 24 hour notification of cancellation is required. If no one is home at the scheduled time of your appointment an onsite service charge of $45 will be billed to you.
