Because we focus on quality over quantity, appointment times are scheduled accordingly to allow for the optimal grooming experience.
In the event that the prior appointment does run a bit longer than anticipated or unforeseen traffic is encountered, a 20 minute window will be given.
Do I have to be home for you to groom my pet?
For the first or second time, yes.
