Coco Clips Dog Grooming was born from the aspirations of a strong and dedicated woman, Collette Ball. Having worked in large retail stores for the past 20 years Collette has seen the frustration and dissatisfaction of many customers. Collette has successfully met and surpassed the many expectations of her numerous clients over the past 18 years. She has been highly successful and respected in this industry but she has always felt the need to do more.
Working in the large chain stores, Collette has seen first-hand the lack of love and support that all pets need. She has witnessed clients walking out with poorly groomed dogs and looking highly dissatisfied. Collette wants to ensure she can offer the best service possible. Her goal is to not only make the customer happy but wants to ensure all pets leaving her facility are happy and healthy.
In late 2017 Collette began working towards opening up her own dog grooming salon. With support from family and friends she has been able to achieve her goal.
