Beginning obedience classes set the foundation for your relationship with your dog or puppy.
By employing motivational obedience techniques, you will learn how to teach obedience before demanding it.
You begin to learn your dog's language and how to effectively establish control and communication from the leash down.
Once the foundation has been laid, basic obedience expands on the commands taught in the beginning sessions and focuses on the dogs overall behavior.
As you and your dog progress you will have the opportunity to complete the AKC Canine Good Citizen certification testing.

Since he was born, my German Shepherd, Ty, was aggressive to people and dogs both on and off leash.
It was so hard to control him.
When I had people over, he would just bark and growl at them.
I paid four trainers to try to get him corrected at a young age.
I was starting to think "maybe my dog isn't fixable; no one has been able to train him".
For a long time, Ty would bark and growl; because of his size, he would intimidate other people and dogs.
Every dog he saw he would want to go after and attack, and to every person he saw he would growl, bark, etc. Luckily I found OJ, read his success stories and immediately got in contact with him.

Our mission is to place healthy and rehabilitated dogs in loving homes.
We find these less fortunate animals, and address their behavioral problems with advanced training.
The goal is to stop of the flow of unwanted animals into shelters that will euthanize these dogs.
While the problem may seem overwhelming, we choose to face this problem head on.
We care about the health and well being of these animals.
Time is taken with animals requiring more training before going to a new home.
We conduct ourselves in an honest, respectful, and ethical manner.
