Pet care is not one size fits all. Different pets require different kinds of care. During our meet'n greet and all other communications I will be sure to listen to and accommodate whatever preferences you or your pet might have. If you have a high energy pet that loves to be run around, count me in. If your pet prefers lazy walks or relaxed cuddles on the couch with belly rubs, we can do that too.

Meet'n greets come at no charge.
They are a great opportunity for me to meet you and your pet, ask and answer any questions, and figure out how I gain access to your home (more on that later).
That said, if you feel comfortable booking an appointment without a meet'n greet you are free to do so.
You can contact me via phone or e-mail to schedule meet and greets at any time.
I generally respond in under an hour, but in extreme cases will take no more than 24 hours to respond.
If you plan on being a regular client I am happy to hold onto your spare keys and return them whenever you wish.
