Our state-of-the art resort offers our guests Dog-TV (and kitty TV) for their entertainment when they aren't being tended to by one of our Pet Care Specialists, warm radiant floor heat to keep them warm in the winter & hospital grade UV filtration to keep them healthy.Your pets will hear calming music throughout the building specially recorded just for pets.

We are not, however, legally or financially responsible for any illness or injury incurred while boarding your pet.
Any and all medical conditions should be discussed with our staff prior to boarding your pet so that optimum care can be insured to all boarders.

If your pet requires treatment, we will attempt to consult your local veterinarian first, then our veterinarian or the 24 hour emergency vet service.
Any and all costs associated with a pet's treatment shall be reimbursed by the owner.

Additionally, we require that all pets be treated for fleas and ticks PRIOR TO their arrival.
We recommend maintaining your pet on a flea/tick preventive program.
There will be a $25.00 charge from CCI for any pets requiring de-fleaing.
Any and all costs associated with a pet's treatment shall be reimbursed by the owner.

We will refuse any pet that has been exposed to rabies or distemper within thirty days prior to boarding.
Dogs: CCI requires proof of current Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccinations.
We require a Bordetella vaccination yearly, a recommend that it be given at least two (2) weeks prior to your Pet's arrival date to increase efficacy.
The Bordetella vaccine is not 100% effective and while CCI has taken special care in designing our facility and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety we make no guarantees in regards to the Bordetella vaccine.
