A. We require 72 hours notice when cancelling your reservation.
Cancellation within 72 hours from the morning of your scheduled arrival, will result in forfeiture of your deposit or a $50 cancellation fee.
During holiday periods and our peak season, Memorial Day through Labor Day, we require a non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel your holiday or peak season reservation prior to 72 hours of your pet's scheduled stay, your deposit will be transferred to your Perfect Pet Resort account and can be used toward any of our services or products within 6 months.
