I have had pets and loved animals of all kinds my entire life.
My life changed in 2007 when I went out to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, Utah to visit and volunteer.
I witnessed the life-changing care and rehabilitation of homeless dogs which enabled them to lead fulfilling lives and find their forever homes.
I realized then that caring for animals and making a difference in the lives of dogs and their guardians through training and education was what I was meant to do.
I adopted my sleep-over dog Sedona, a lab/pit mix who had been living in the desert with her mother and siblings, and brought her home from Utah.

I am a lifelong resident of Tewksbury.
From my earliest childhood memories, my love for dogs began while helping Dad raise our beagles.
My yearning to love and care for animals grew from that upbringing to all kinds of animals whether they were in need of rescue or just needed to be loved & cared for.
The love animals provide is unconditional and I find my heart is happiest when I am surrounded by all animals.
I am currently blessed to have found my three southern gal rescue pups: Lyza the Jack Russell Terrier, Brookie the Lab mix, and Evie the Border Collie along with my bird, Jackson Brown.

My family consists of my amazing husband, two wonderful children, and my 2 dogs along with various others that come to stay when their parents are traveling.

I love animals and have spent a great part of my life in the company of dogs.
From boyhood forward, I've had a Golden Retriever in my household with Breezy as our current canine family member.
I love being outside with my golden buddy, training, or just walking the neighborhood.
My dog training experience includes field/retrieving work, obedience, agility, and tracking.
I volunteer as a walker with the MSPCA in Methuen and Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue along with as a puppy volunteer at the Early Learning Center for the Nat'l Assoc for Assistance Dog Services (NEADS).
