Our mission is to empower both people and dogs using positive based education in order to make the world a more positive place to live. Sev's Smarty Paws was founded for a few reasons. Tracy focuses on using a positive, rewards based approach to keep training fun and safe for all involved. She emphasizes fun and safety. Tracy does not use fear or force in her training, so correction based collars are not used.
Tracy has always been fascinated by dog behavior and knew she wanted to be a dog trainer at some point in her life. No matter the size or breed, big dogs, small dogs and everything in between. Tracy trains them all!

I am an educator by day, a dog trainer by night.
In those few moments of free time I have, I enjoy riding my horse, Galago.
I also enjoy reading, usually animal related books.
I love spending time with my Husband Paul.
We like to travel once in awhile, or just watch TV and movies at home.
