At Sweet Pea Kennels, loving dogs and pets is in our blood.
Before Cesar Millan, there was our father, David G. Young, Sr.
Our dad loved dogs, and other animals, with all of his heart.
He taught us how rewarding a relationship with a dog could be, including the true value they bring to a family.
Our dad served in the US Navy and retired as a Senior Chief Boatswains Mate.
He was our hero, and our inspiration behind starting our dog boarding business at Sweet Pea Kennels.
Growing up, we heard all kinds of stories about our dad that showed his true passion and love for dogs and animals.

At Sweet Pea Kennels we offer a safe and fun place to board your dog or cat overnight while you're heading out of town, or when you just need a night out with no responsibilities!.
For all dog and cat boarding we charge $15-22 per night in our Standard Kennels and $21 to $30 per night in our Deluxe Kennels.

Sadie, my 11 year old yellow lab & I love Sweet Pea!
They are dog lovers & care about their boarders!
They know Sadie & her problems with arthritis & did not charge me for giving her one pill each day.
I grew up in Cape & now live in Arkansas so I have used them only twice this summer when our ailing relatives needed help.
Both of her stays were great, they remembered her! And, she gets a free bath when she stays a few days so I don't have to travel 5 hours home with a stinky dog!
