We use the highest quality all natural products available, and we spend the necessary time each pet needs to ensure they have a safe and pleasurable spa day. Our new clients, senior clients, puppies and cats need to plan on a 3-4 1/2 hour visit their first spa session with us. If the pet is done earlier we will call you to let you know. It doesn't matter how many times your pet has been groomed if they are new to us, elderly, very young or a cat.
Even the best pets, when put in a new stressful situation will react to it. We try to be cognizant of the signs of stress your pet may exhibit during their stay. If your pet starts to show these signs, we will give the animal a break. After the break, we will attempt to resume the groom. If the pet still shows signs of extreme stress, we will then call you the owner to ask how you wish to proceed.
For pets who need just a nice bath to maintain a healthy looking coat, clean ears & clipped and filed nails. For pets who need more extensive grooming.
