If you feel you will need to cancel your appointment, you may do so before 5:00pm the evening before the appointment, this will result in a complete refund.
Cancellations after 5:00pm the day before your scheduled appointment will not be refunded!
If the Pet/House sitter arrives to your location for an appointment and no notice has been given that you need to cancel the appointment, a refund will not be issued.
If the cancellation is for a holiday overnight pet sit and is cancelled less than one week before the holiday there will be a $30.00 penalty assessed for the cancellation.
Cancellations after 5:00pm the day before your scheduled appointment will not be refunded!
