We will provide a key chain and a code.
Once you have booked our time we reserve our staff exclusively for you and cannot recover that time with a new booking.
We offer no refunds or credits for early returns.
Notification of Return: Sitter asks that client call/text upon his/hers return.
Sitter may, at his/her discretion, continue to visit client's home at the per visit rate until confirmation is made that pet(s) are back in client's care.

We operate 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, normal hours are 7 am to 9 pm and we also offer overnight service if the pet sitter desires to provide overnight service.
