I am a loving dog mom turned full-time dog walker and sitter who is certified in pet first aide and CPR. I have two wonderful rescue dogs, Artie and Tiger. I'm passionate about taking great care of animals and working to ensure their wellbeing.
I'm available 24/7 and offer walks, drop-in visits, sitting at your home, or boarding at my house. At my house, I have a fully fenced in yard (a must with my terrier Artie) and lots of space to run around in. For walks or drop-in visits, I'm happy to come at whatever time is convenient for you. My goal in forming Capital Area Pups was twofold. First, to provide caring, reliable, and convenient services for pups and their parents.
Second, to eventually provide employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities as dog walking assistants. My sister, Maria, has Downs Syndrome and her connection with animals is truly amazing.

Give your dog some activity and outdoor time while you're at work.
You would be amazed at how much calmer some dogs can be when they get a regular mid-day exercise break.
All pups are walked individually (unless there are multiple dogs from the same household) for a full 30 minutes with a total visit time around 35 minutes.
After each walk you'll receive pictures, a GPS report of our route, and updates.
Additional dogs from the same household are just $3 more per walk.
Have to go out of town?
No worries, you can leave your dog in good hands in the comfort of their own home.
