Our services are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis so we do recommend booking your pet care as soon as possible.
Holiday fees apply to holiday periods.
Two copies of your house keys are kept on file for the safety of your pet.
Our sitters are trained in different ways to make sure the key is never out of their sight but accidents happen and someone could be locked out.
Similarly, if your primary sitter had an emergency, having a second key on file allows us to effortlessly allow another team member to care for your pets.
