Brandy earned her degree as a veterinary technician from Rockford Career College in 2013. After having worked as a veterinary technician for over a decade, she turned to pet grooming as a more positive way to help pets and thier people. In 2018 she expanded her grooming business to include boarding and daycare, and added her mother Anne as her partner.
She relocated the business to picturesque northern Illinois in Capron. Oodles and Doodles is now a family owned and operated private facility that is licesed by the USDA, located on a beautiful 10 acre family farm. Your pet will enjoy the peace and tranquility of a country setting with single family grooming appointments. We focus on quality over quantity.

We strive to stay small and personal, and we are planning an expansion by 2022 to accommodate more pets.
We accept all species of pet from small rodents to large livestock and everything in between.
We provide all food bowls and a raised canvas pet bed for dogs in kennels, or a soft fluffy crate mat for pets staying in a smaller cage (cats, ferrets, etc.)
We TRY to provide daily updates and photos of your pet during their stay, and we always welcome owners to call or text to check in with us about your pet!

Includes extra brushing, special shampoo designed to release all of your pets loose coat, and a special conditioner treatment to stop the coat from releasing (shedding) for at least 2 weeks, with the average duration of 4-6 weeks before returning to full shedding.

Parents are fully health tested, and babies are raised in our home.
They will all come with registration application, food, toys, collar/leash, training pads, and a whole lot more.
As a preservation breeder the focus ofnour program is meeting and exceeding current breed standards with every litter we produce.
All puppies will have dew claws removed and tails docked at birth unless you have prepurchased and requested that this does not get done.
Pups born with a naturally short tail will not be docked unless the tail will visibly cause an issue in the future.
