Otherwise a full fee will be charged.
For vacation customers, since we are unable to recover the loss, anything cancelled within 2 weeks will lose 50% of the vacation stay.

When the visit begins, you'll receive an instant email notification.
You can view your pets' route routine online from your Pet Check Technology dashboard.
