Collect your pet's vaccination records, emergency phone numbers, medication refills and instructions, if applicable.
Make an appointment with your vet and get your pet's vaccinations done if they're not up-to-date as soon as you can, so that dog's cold / canine cough doesn't enter and spread here (we prefer animals to not visit the vet during the last 2 weeks prior to their stay).

Right from clean bedding and hygienic environment to personalized attention and a fun, homely environment, we're very detail-oriented when it comes to caring for your pets.
We feed all the pets twice daily and do not take away their food until they finish it (it is left for them to eat at leisure).
Dishes for food and fresh water are provided in their enclosures always (only exception is when they're under potty training, in which case water is given at least 6 times a day and your pet is let out to potty as and when required).
