After graduating from college with a psychology degree in 2011, I was excited to start my career. I searched long and hard for a job within my field but quickly found out I needed a masters to pursue many of the jobs that were available. Within a few months I began working for a benefits enrollment company and soon moved to a small accounting firm.
While the people were fantastic, I soon realized the cubicle life wasn't for me. I wanted to make a difference in people's lives and soon found myself brainstorming ideas for what I could do to challenge myself and be happy within my career. After much discussion with my husband, I thought either teaching or working with animals would make me the happiest.
I did research on businesses that work with pets and was pleasantly surprised with how much there was a need for daily pet care. Being able to care for pets all day has really provided the fulfillment I have been seeking for years. Seeing the happy faces of my "clients" when I arrive provides me the enjoyment I have been seeking.

Waggity Tails is dedicated to contracting only the most caring and qualified pet lovers around.
We run each sitter through an extensive screening.
Step 1: A face to face interview, a thorough background check on each prospective pet sitter.
Step 2: We call all professional references supplied to us by the contractor.
Step 3: We make follow-up phone calls to our clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the work done by their Pet Sitter.
Step 4: We continue to run ongoing evaluations of each sitter to assure that they are adhering to the standards of Waggity Tails.
