After speaking with you and giving you an overview of our services, we will schedule a free 30 minute meet and greet. During your appointment, we will get to know your pets (yay!), review your home and pet care information, clarify any instructions and determine how we will access your home for pet care.
Once we have completed your Meet and Greet and received your keys, you are now officially in our secured client system and can easily submit service requests as needed.
