Client Updates: You should receive an electronic update within 3 hours of the visit.
Please contact the office if you have not.
Keep in mind that sitters sometimes send updates while en route to other clients, and are not necessarily reflective of timing at your home.
Technology is imperfect, and remote/overseas locations can interfere; we recommend email updates for these situations.
CCDD is a daily cat visit service; we do not provide every-other-day or visits further than 24 hours apart.
Dog walks last approximately 25-30 minutes.
