With the support of his wife, Soo, and with their German Shepherd mix, Lucky, by his side, Irwin operated and grew Spoiled Silly Pets by pounding the pavement, one foot/paw at a time. Over the next several years, Irwin's dedication, strong work ethic and uniquely intuitive manner of caring for animal companions gained popularity with people and pets throughout the Inland Empire.

Meanwhile, Soo, a trusts & estates and business transactions attorney, decided to take a leap of faith and literally let her practice go to the dogs; in early 2009, she left her firm to join Irwin in the expansion of Spoiled Silly Pets. A year later, they launched ufuria, a multi-service pet care company.

Irwin and Soo started their fur family 13 years ago by adopting two cats, Ziggy and Winkle, who have since been joined by Lucky, a German Shepherd mix; Roxy, a pit bull mix; Aidan aka Lil' Man, a westie; and Lola, a toy poodle. In addition to Irwin and Soo, ufuria has an incredible staff of truly amazing, pet-loving employees who provide both in-home and on-site services in our custom-designed 9,000 square foot facility located in Rancho Cucamonga.
Services
Our services are designed to ease your mind and enhance the bond you have with your pet while under our care.
We strive to alleviate anxiety and provide a sense of comfort and happiness for you and your pet.
Our custom-built boarding suites have tempered glass doors and integrated patented drainage systems for safety and sanitation.
Our activity-based boarding philosophy promotes mental, emotional and physical well-being for pets by providing them with activities that not only keep them occupied during their board stay, but gives them the socialization, exercise, training and grooming that they need for optimal health.
Dogs are generally very social by nature and benefit, both mentally and physically, from being around and playing with other dogs.
Dog daycare (supervised social group play) can be an alternative or supplementary activity to public dog parks.
Unlike public dog parks, all of the dogs who participate in our dog daycare are current on vaccinations, evaluated for temperament and play style and professionally supervised at all times.
Dog daycare not only provides necessary socialization for dogs, but it also provides both mental stimulation and physical exercise.
The pet sitting division of our company is Spoiled Silly Pet Sitting Services & More ("Spoiled Silly Pets"), which was established in 2003 and serves hundreds of clients throughout the Inland Empire.
Or just plain busy?
We provide personalized care for your pets in the comfort of their own home, according to your instructions and their specific needs.
Our exceptional dog walking service is popular with the canines as well as their owners.
We can run them or we can stroll with them - whatever their style, we'll enjoy every step!
We believe that good nutrition is essential to having a healthy pet.
We carry select lines of natural pet food and treats.
Since we are committed to supporting local and small businesses, we carry lines that are exclusively sold in independent stores and not in big box chain stores.
Many of our food and treat offerings are grain-free, certified organic, free-range and hormone-free.
We also carry raw foods, in freeze-dried and frozen form, and supplements.
If we do not carry a certain brand of food, treat or supplement, we are happy to special order anything, if possible.
Auggie is a sweet boy who was nervous, apprehensive and skeptical about life.
You would be too if you had been dumped in the desert in the middle of summer in the triple digit heat.
I wanted a safe environment for him to socialize with other dogs and other people.
As I really don't feel dog parks are a safe environment.
At Ufuria you know all the dogs have had their shots, immunizations and have been neutered.
Auggie has been going to daycare for about a year and a half now and has become a confident, trusting and well socialized boy.
