When she moved to NYC away from family, she was first faced with the situation of leaving her beloved Bear Bear with a non family member.

Your home will be like "home base" for the Perfect Pet Pal.
They may not leave for longer than 5-6 hours at a time (unless otherwise approved by you).
They are expected to stay overnight in your home and leaver it cleaner than it was left by you.
Statistics show that burglaries take place more often on vacant homes than homes that are occupied.
